How you doin? After a
great dinner with folks we look up to, it's a better day today. God
always gives me a way out of my dis-function. His grace is sufficient. I
receive a daily devotional email from Ravi Zacharias International
Ministries. Today's was titled, "Hell Is Other People". Needless to say,
this drew my attention. God's timing is perfect. I don't always read
these devotions, but today I did. It ended with this paragraph:
"The love of Jesus is not a pie in the sky ideal for people he never knew; it was tangible, messy, and ultimately cost him his life. In Jesus, we see heaven on display in the hell of individual lives. If we seek to follow him, vague ideals about tolerance must give way to flesh and blood reality—loving the all-too-human in front of us."
One
of these days God will teach me how to love others on His terms and not
my own. In the mean time, I'll keep following Jesus. COME
ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
